im checking at 6 just in case hahah
me too
Is there any chance decisions will come out on the weekend or some time from Mon-Thurs next week? Or is it pretty much guaranteed that it will be next Friday if not today?
someone was saying before noon tomorrow may be a possibility… other than that i’d say next friday
who knows at this point
im not getting my hopes up
Nope
nothing yet
No updates on the portal for 6
Nothing posted here
I just looked it up on this site and NCSU decisions started coming in at 9am the day after UNC decisions 2 years ago. I’ll prob check at 9, 12, & 5 tomorrow. Such fun !
I wouldn’t. It’s always a Friday. It will be next Friday.
Keep in mind that UNC’s longtime head of admissions, Steve Farmer, left UNC for UVA at the end of the fall semester, so maybe it is possible that the release will be different this year and not necessarily on a Friday . . . just a thought.
All this nervousness for nothing
Just got off work so I’m catching up but my guess is that it will be a random weekday next week. When I called and she said it was sometime next week, that would mean their day isn’t definitive (I’m assuming, why else wouldn’t they tell us) which means they are probably just trying to get it all ready before Jan 31.
My guess is they were not planning for any day (or planned for today) and just haven’t finished so they are trying to do it as early as possible. Who knows though. Either way I doubt it’s coming tomorrow.
Goodnight everyone and good luck
For the past two years it’s typically around the 25th or the 24th of January. I don’t ever recall it being as late as the last Friday. Also there are clues… the day of decisions there are upload drops to the portal and your portal page may begin to change “look”. Good luck to everyone!
And UNC never announces the date!!!

Based upon prior streams…here are the dates of past drops. Fridays are irrelevant. Good luck all!
