How do you know if you got the major you requested?
thanks, i hope so:) i still have 13 decisions left so we’ll see what happens
i got into georgia tech BME last week so at least i have a solid option before receiving the rest of my decisions
Anyone get accepted to UNC Scholars Program / Carolina Scholarship?
GT is awesome and another tough one to get into! Congrats!
Accepted OOS!
DECISIONS ARE OUT!
Congrats class of 2025.
Follow @unc.classof2025 on Instagram to meet your future fellow Tar Heels!
Where did you find that info?
My D waitlisted OOS. Congrats to all accepted and good luck to those who were not! You are all awesome. This was such a fun thread today.
Accepted OOS. Twin, From Nevada, Submitted Test scores. Both Twin and I were accepted (She submitted 31 ACT, I submitted 32)
i got rejected but just being on here for the last couple of weeks and especially today was so fun, and i’m so happy for everyone who got in! whatever happened today you are all amazing and everything is going to be ok
D Waitlisted OOS (CT)
4.0 UW
8 AP’s / dual enrollment
32 ACT
Strong EC’s
Top 10 class rank
similar situation for me
If GT is direct admit to BME and that’s what you you feel strongly about doing that might be a better option regardless as UNC is application to BME once at Carolina. Bird in the hand.
Can any in-state people see if they’re in Honors and/or Excel?
I can’t. I assumed I didn’t get into either, but is in-state usually different?
@GetCollege19 yes direct admit to BME. Still have 13 more decisions to go, but glad to have GT BME as an option.
Kiddo accepted Honors college- FL OOS
ACT 35 (36 superstore),
60 DE credits
4.37 weighted GPA.
Very “spikey” kid- lots of medical volunteering hours, research internship, and leadership positions.
He’s grown up with our high school best friends who now teach there and has always known he would apply.
Where is the info on Carolina Honors? I assume it’s somewhere other than the letter.
Ok, me neither. Also in state. I’ve seen some comments here and on reddit from OOS people saying they got into them, so just trying to figure out if different for in state people. 3 years ago, my brother found out later through email
