GPA: 3.95 UW
4.03 W (Out of 5)

Courses: Honors math, Vertebrates, Anatomy and physiology.
6 APs (Chemistry, Government, Calc BC, Micro-economics, Psychology, and Biology)

ECs:
Captain of JV Lacrosse (Played freshman and sophomore year)
Volunteer 4 hours a week at a hospital
Summer Jobs (25 hrs/wk)
NHS Officer
I’m also organizing a fundraiser for suicide prevention through NHS

It is almost impossible to chance anybody, let alone OOS students. That being said, your GPA and test scores are very good. It will come down to your essays, letters of recommendation, and ability to show who you are. You might want to take a look at the UNC YouTube videos - there are many that discuss essays.
