What are the worse stats compare to your stats that is making you not lose hope?
I’m pretty certain decisions will likely be one day this week. The past 5 years decisions have came out on the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 14th of April.
Lower GPA, and worse grades in high school. My confidence level of getting in is probably around 55%, I think I have a shot, but I won’t be shocked if I get rejected.

@CM7850 lower GPA from high school or college? Did they got in as a transfer student for UNC?
@statetransfer Only as transfer students. As far as high school and college GPA, I’d say both but I had a very high GPA in high school. Worth mentioning though is that they (it’s two people) were stacked up on extracurriculars and had a few circumstances that led to such grades (which I have as well).
Does noone believe that results can come tomorrow?
I thought about it like what if they just started doing Monday (last year) and then a Tuesday and then next year Wednesday but I feel like that is very speculative and wishful thinking so I’m not getting my hopes up, I just hope we have a decision by the end of the week.
They said multiple times mid-April so I’m assuming April 14th or 15th
That’s what they say every year. It’s just a standard “by mid April”, it’s rarely ever that late though. People that applied last year were told the same thing and they found out on April 8th. Hopefully we find out in the next few days. I’m kind of expecting Thursday since they typically don’t release on Tuesday/Wednesday and I doubt they would release on Good Friday.
Anyone apply as a in-state student? If so, does anyone know why people compare UNC and NCSU? And why does it seem like UNC is placed above NCSU?
I might be wrong, but I THINK on MyCarolina page previously stated something like “We look forward to getting to know you.” Now, it just says “Thank you for applying to UNC Chapel Hill.” Has anyone else noticed this?

I just logged into mine and the words that were at the top are gone. I logged in yesterday and it used to say something like Thank You for applying. We look forward to getting to know you. Just logged in right now since someone mentioned it changed and it’s gone for me. Checklist is still there but the words it had at the top before saying thank you for applying are gone.
So yesterday you guys were able to see it? What time was that?
I logged in probably 45 minutes ago and mine still had the thank you for applying message and I just checked again and it was gone so the change has happened fairly recently. Checklist is still there literally the only change is the message is gone.
Also, was anyone followed and then unfollowed instantly by the Ramses Instagram account about a week or so ago? It happened to me and I don’t follow any accounts associated with unc so it was super weird.
Yea mine changed as well, checklist is still there but message disappeared.
