uncertain chances (low gpa)

I am from California, probably submitting app. in September, little worried because of the way michigan recalculates gpa.

On my school transcript, my 9th to 11th grade gpa is 3.76 unweighted
According to michigan gpa (five core areas, 10th-11th): 3.65 unweighted
10th-11th courses (just core academic classes)

So, i am applying to LSA to major in classics and to ross preferred admit. 1) do you think my gpa and stats are good enough if i turn in my apps september as a out of stater 2) chances for ross preferred admit 3)any merit scholarship? Thanks guys!

I think you'll be a match as your high SAT score makes up for the slightly low GPA. Apply early of course.
Michigan doesn't consider SAT 2 scores or 9th grade marks.

Ross preferred admit is a reach for everyone regardless of what stats and EC's you have. Theres a 6% percent acceptance rate for PA so its difficult to comment on chances. Try anyway.

Match sounds about right. You have good SAT and AP results, your GPA is slightly below the Michigan mean, but you took a tough course load. I like your chances.

Pre-admit will depend on three things:

ECs
Essays
Luck

Slight Reach/Match
