I wish they would send a group message or something on the portal to let us know what is happening. I’ve been checking my email all day but I guess they changed their mind about the date
Looking back at the wording of the email, I think it is possible that only the selected scholars were to be notified. Also, on last years thread it appears that the finalists that were not chosen never received notification, only the scholars. 
They would most likely send us an email that says we were not selected because they did that for people who were not selected as a finalist. I’m thinking that the scholars receive a package and the people who are not selected receive an email. I hope that we get a package in the mail tomorrow!!! I don’t think they would just leave people hanging, they would let us know if we were not chosen. Keep me updated!

Is anyone else in the STEM Scholars Community on the student portal? Are the 800 people that are in there only the finalists or does it include the individuals who have won over the years.
I think it’s the people who have won in the past as well because the names on the website of last year’s winners are in the group.
still waiting… i would’ve thought they were gonna release the decisions at around 10 am EST
Same, or atleast around 4:40 since that’s the time they released the finalist notifications.
Safe to say they are gone for the weekend. Why are decisions not out?
I have been checking my mail and email all day. I expected an email at 10 AM or at 5PM and there is literally nothing. Hopefully we hear back by the end of next week!
