Does having a cousin and uncle who went to Dartmouth count as legavy?

My uncle also donates money annually to the school, and I'm not sure how much, but does "a little" even help? By "a little," I mean several thousand.

Sorry, you uncle and cousins having attended dartmouth does not make you a legacy for admissions purposes.

For your Uncle's contibution to "mean anything" it would probably have to be in the form of an endowed chair, a building or somthing in the 7 figues where he would have enough clout to get his kid through as a developmental admit
