@bfahopeful if your daughter was at the auditions on Sat the 14th, I am sure we talked with her. All of the students were amazing and so sweet! Please pass our thanks on to her for helping to make everyone feel welcome, my D had a fantastic time there!

I auditioned for the school of music at UNCSA on January 20 and just wanted to know if anyone has heard anything, cus I have not yet…
@brynn this is a drama forum so not sure you will find out anything about those who auditioned for music. Drama doesn’t officially notify until auditions are over and they go through Feb, I think. It will be a while for drama decisions to come out. Not sure how the other schools at UNCSA (film, dance, music, D&P) notify of decisions.

@Brynn My D auditioned for the School of Drama at UNCSA on January 14th and hasn’t heard anything, but from what I understand the Drama dept won’t send out anything until all auditions are finished. Not sure about the School of Music. I hope you get accepted though!!
My D auditioned yesterday in NYC. Great info session and the faculty who were there were super nice. The woman who teaches voice and speech also had her husband along. He used to teach at UNCSA but is not the Dialect teacher at Juilliard! He also guest teaches at UNCSA. She felt really good about her audition yesterday…of course it’s not an easy program to get into so we shall see!

Has anyone heard anything after D and P interviews? Wanted to know how many are interviewed for each design department and how many are accepted?
@mtmom2014 my D auditioned for the department of Drama on January 14th (first day) and we haven’t heard anything. We are going with the “no news is good news” attitude.
