Does anyone know what freshmen go through when they're undecided? As in, what kind of classes they take. Is it a wide range of subject? I definitely want to go into Business, but had applied undeclared into UConn because my counselor thought it would be better that way. So does anyone know how they go about teaching undecided students? Thanks!

Well. My major is finance. As the professor said in the open house day, we are not taking any bussiness-related classes until junior year. So we will not be learning anything related to our majors in the first two years. (not the case if you major in math or english, obviously) What we will be taking in the frist two years are general classes, like Enligh, Math and so on…
This is MY case…Don’t know if this helps or not…I just want to talk. lol

Hey. Can you please tell which courses make up the general education, apart from math and english? My major is math but I obviously will not be doing much more apart from it in the first few years, as you stated above. Will science subjects be compulsory?

Thanks

Will* be doing much more apart from it

Depending on the school, requirements will be different.
