What classes do you take for undecided major? Would you take some useless class or graduate later if your undecided and decide to major in something like engineering?

if you are undecided, it just means you haven't declared a major yet.. you can't major in indecision ;) . As an undecided, you should take a variety of classes to determine what you want to major in - start with basics in an area that interests you that may count for prerequisites or general education. Like if you know you're going to want to do a science field, you're probably going to be required to take some math, chem, physics, and maybe bio classes so don't waste time taking easy fun courses that don't count for anything.

Take General Education Classes I'm sure those won't be a waste. It'll be more like high school. me thinks

most people are undecided when they start off. they usually just start picking classes that sound interesting to them, and go from there. also, there are usually some basic/gen ed requirements or something to that nature, so a lot of people spend their first semester(s) fulfilling those.
personally, my first year, i was undecided. i remember that i took spanish, anthropology, history, math. i graduated as a psych major. the moral of the story: dont worry about it! it will all fall into place.

Be afraid, be very afraid. :( Unless you are in a very specific program like nursing architechture which have first year classes, most students start out undeclared. Just don't take classes for the sake of taking classes, try to bust out some of the harder Gen Eds.

take classes in a wide variety of subjects, so you can think about which subject interests you and you would like to take more classes in that area.
