Undecided or declared? HELP!

<p>I'm applying to Cal Berkeley, UCSD, SDSU, and CSUCI with no idea whether or not to apply undecided or as a biochem major. I keep hearing that if I apply declared, it might be too competitive for me to even be accepted in that specific program. I'm not so sure if I should apply undecided though, only because I know what I want to do. </p>

<p>Are you in high school? If you are undecided, you might want to just attend Community College first. I’m not sure but I think Universities are not accepting “undecided” application (maybe, that’s just for transfer students since that’s the section I read).</p>
