Undecided

So, I'm trying to decide if I should apply to Wake or not. If there are any current students who post on here, what do you like / dislike about the school?

Also, I was just curious what people thought of my chances (especially chances for money):

Definitely apply to Wake...I am, and our stats are somewhat similar.

well did you fill out the scholarship applications? that will pretty much determine whether or not u get scholarship $$ (its due by the 1st so if not u better get going), but based on ur stats id say you have a good shot for acceptance

Yes, I agree, doing both applications is tedious. You'll wind up writing 3 essays, and you need about 5-6 recs total. Definately get moving, because that is how they give their money.

Well, I decided to apply to Wake Wednesday night after speaking to someone very close with the school.

Classes ended Wednesday and dont resume until the 2nd. So I have copies of my teacher rec, the check box page, the counseler report, and the transcript look like theyre going to have to be mailed Jan 2nd. Everything else is going out ASAP

Yeah, I would say apply as well, good stats and all that. As a current student, be forewarned of the difficulty of the classes. There are easy, medium, and tough classes. But on average, I would hazard a guess that grading is, as I have seen, tougher than elsewhere.

is the online app not currently working for anyone else at the moment?
