Ok so i got into the college I wanted to go to and at that time (couple months ago) i had no idea wat to major in but know I have some idea. right now im in the college fo liberal arts and i was wondering if it was a big deal to transfer to the business college or even try to transfer to a pharmacy program that the school is well known for. (p.s i didnt have the best high scool career, only like a 3.0 gpa , solid sat's and i couldnt go to orientation, long story!

Didn't they tell you to refuse the first acceptance and reapply to their pharmacy program? I think if you have missed the gpa cutoff for pharmacy your best bet would be to do the pre-pharmacy courses in the first 2 years, take the PCAT, and apply to pharmacy schools for the last 4 years. Make sure your gpa is very good in those core courses though as you'll be competing again for limited spots! Good luck!
