So I screwed up my SAT I with only 1830 :( (CR550 M660 W620). I already submitted my first application to USC with 1st option business admin and 2nd option Cello, Music. I'm an international student holding decent GCSE results (7 A*s) and I also have pretty good EC's :
Badminton, Basketball, Netball, Cello, Piano, Guitar, loads of Voluntary work. TOEFLs are also coming on the way but they should be pretty alright, i.e will meet the USC standard.

I'm thinking of changing my major to 'undeclared' (i.e 707 open class in USC), do you think this is a wise decision? Will this increase my chances?

Plus, I am currently 16, if i get admitted, I will be 17. Does this matter?
