Undeclared major switch to engineering?

I am an international student admitted to the Revelle college at UCSD. I chose undeclared in my UC application because I feared that my materials wouldn’t make me a competitive applicant for engineering majors but yes I do want to take an engineering major. I want to switch to computer engineering or electrical & computer engineering. Is that possible at all? If yes, what are my chances and how should I go about doing it?

Very difficult and here is the information to switch majors. If you were admitted to any other universities as an Engineering major, consider these more seriously.
