<p>I suggest that you apply to the UCs as you live in CA. You should receive excellent financial aid. If you are offered the Regents Scholarship they will meet 100% need.</p>

<p>Hm Ive seen your other chances thread before and commented on it, but ill repeat my comment.</p>

<p>Very good chances at all due to stellar stats WITH such a disadvantage - this is 1000x more impressive than the typical suburban 150k'er who has the same (not insulting that persons achievments in anyway though) and so I believe due to such determiniation you have shown you will get into likely a few of the ivies/hyp</p>

<p>I suggest Williams (makes sense for someone interested in Swarthmore and Dartmouth...and it's need blind for internationals).</p>

<p>I also suggest Amherst, because it's wonderful. :)</p>
