Under cap and gown?

<p>What are you or did you wear under cap and gown at graduation? </p>

<p>I'm just getting a bit ready right now since my graduation is tommorow. I'm wearing a white sundress (basically the middle strap one under dresses here: dressbarn</a> Petites Collection but different color). I was gonna just wear some sweat pants that said SENIOR on the butt/back and my CMU t-shirt but they said there weren't letting us in if you weren't formal. So my mom's making me wear a dress, it's white so it won't show under the all white cap and gown we're wearing.</p>

<p>Post pics or something, it's kinda interesting to think off to me.</p>

<p>Senior guys at my school were forced to wear suits. Which is what I’ll be wearing. In 3 years.</p>

<p>I wore a shirt and tie, no jacket because that would be needlessly burdensome.</p>

<p>i wore a really cute blouse that looked slightly lawyer-ish [and it was cheap from tj max… only twenty bucks! =] </p>

<p>i paired it with a pair of high waisted dress slacks from new york and company and a pair of really cute shiny black, not-too-high high heels with a pointy tip </p>

<p>honestly, our outifts only showed for about 1/2 an hour, cause then we had to put our robes. so i guess you should focus on your shoes [im glad you’re concerned =] some guy in our class showed up to grad in jeans and a faded tshirt =O</p>

<p>Girls are in yellow gowns, so they have to wear white/similarly light colored dresses. Guys wear suits, excepting the jacket.</p>

<p>This dress!! I just bought it last week and I am so in love. Our gowns are black so you can’t see what we’re wearing under them, anyway. And it’s going to be burning hot, so might as well:</p>

<p>Our girls are obligued to wear a white dress though one cannot view the dress through the gown.</p>
