<p>Ok yets start a a thread call the most underatted universities i say Brown University they always get snubbed at top 10</p>

<p>Yeah I would agree about Brown being artificially lower than it deserves in the rankings, but IMO the US News rankings really are useless and I don't 100% trust the data. Really if someone is using the US News rankings to pick their colleges they don't deserve to get into Brown.</p>

<p>I agree wholeheartedly about Brown. Somehow it and Cornell are viewed as 'lower tier' Ivies, which is a baffling statement in and of itself.</p>

<p>Every schools has its own strengths and Brown is a very unique institution that treats its undergrads exceptionally well.</p>

<p>Brown is overrated? When I think of overrated schools I think of Harvard or Yale where seemingly everyone equates them with "the best education" when you can actually get a much better undergraduate education elsewhere.</p>

<p>I think that the undergraduate education offered by most of the ivies are overrated. Graduate school is a different story, but from what I've heard, there isn't enough focus on undergrad. However, I believe some of them, including Princeton, are making a move to strengthen the undergraduate program</p>
