Which school offers the best undergraduate business school out of: Penn State, Maryland, and JMU which offers quantitative finance major.

They’re all fine schools but I’d choose Penn State.

It’s ranked the highest out of all of them and it probably has the biggest faculty.

However I wouldn’t overlook Maryland, it’s really up to you whether you would want to attend a private institution or a public one.

Quantitative Finance as an undergrad is a bad idea. That is a very specialized skill set and, after exploring it, they do not do enough to prepare you for a job in Quant/Fin. Engineering. Look at that for Graduate school. If you want to go into that, study Math/Stat.

If you wanted to major in business, then can you study other fields as a undergraduate except math?

Is Comp. finance still a bad idea even if you study it at places like MIT, CMU, and Penn Wharton?

Penn State or Maryland. Penn State has a great alumni network in NYC and Maryland’s accessibility to DC allows for internships during the school year. Both are great schools with great programs.

Quantitative Finance may be too narrow. If you major in Finance, you may have more possiblities. Also, if you are great at Math, consider a second major or a minor in Math or Statistics since they are very respectable to employers.
