Ranking is not everything but i think this is pretty good as many people here are curious about the business school. UMiami is doing well. Also, there are lots of detailed information if you click on UMiami link.

Miami just got ranked the #2 accounting, #2 marketing, #2 macro economics, #4 calculus, #9 ethics, and #9 corporate strategy program in the nation. WOW! US News doesn't rank them in the top 10 in anything, and Business Week puts them #2 overall in 3 categories.

I would imagine that for the topic of best business programs, the Businessweek rankings are a litte more important than the U.S. News rankings, at least to companies and business professionals anyway.
The Businessweek rankings make perfect sense, really, when you look at the name and sheer number of companies that recruit on campus. Just makes you wonder a little bit about the methodology used by U.S. News (not a new debate).

Yeah, I agree with you Jason_Simms. Business Week's rankings put a bit of logic into them. US News is purely opinionated.

wow, way to go for U of Miami. Look for that overall ranking from Businessweek to go much higher with that many great specialties.

Well, they made the ranking with consideration of the specialties, so it's not going to rise based on that.
