<p>Which dorms are the best and most cost-effective? I'd probably wanna go pretty cheap.</p>
<p>I would say Earhart/Shreve/McCutcheon because it costs only $1K more than Tark/Owen. I think the rooms are a lot better and the option of having central AC is very nice. You may not need it for the whole year but you will be thankful during the months of August-November and March-May. </p>
<p>If you still don’t want to pay an additional $1K I would go with Owen. It has a great location and has the opposite sex on the other side of the building unlike Tark. Cary really sucks imho especially if you’re a freshman. The rooms are very small and the only good thing sadly is the bathroom/showers imho. </p>
<p>If Harrison actually has central AC this year then I would add them to my top list. It has the same layout as McCutcheon and has Harrison Grille as well.</p>
