Undergrad Engineering Professors.

…That doesn’t answer my question. Do you mean you can only sign up for classes after orientation? I’m not sure if they enforce that rule because I definitely signed up for classes without attending an orientation session.

Look up your RIS info sheet, sign up for classes and you should be able to access the teacher records. Signing up for classes isn’t final. You can always change sections/profs.

The next available date for registration is on the first day of orientation. Anyways I am not so sure about anything . I guess I should wait till after orientation.

I was barred from registration until I completed orientation I think. You can stroll through and see what classes are open though. A lot of classes will open up during orientation because they reserve a certain amount of major specific seats for incoming students, but not in all the classes. They had classes open for statistics and marketing for my orientation, but not finance, management, etc.

at this time, if you have any questions about which courses to sign up for or how to sign up (and any other questions related to your major and courses required), you should ask the mechanical engineering undergraduate office. Their contact information can be found on here: [Mechanical Engineering Undergraduate Program at the University of Texas](<a href=“Walker Department of Mechanical Engineering”>Walker Department of Mechanical Engineering)
