Undergrad GPA of 2.8

<p>I am looking for grad schools and I came across USC's Masters for Strategic Public Relations. I called the department and they told me that GRE's, personal statement and outside work play a role as well. My question is, what are my chances getting into the program with a 2.8 gpa? </p>
