Undergrad transfer-How do law schools look at GPA

So im planning on transferring schools either for this spring or next fall. I am not sure if this semester's (or year) gpa will transfer to my overall GPA at the school to which i am transferring. I know for a fact one of my classes wont transfer (neither credit nor GPA), because it is not offered at my next college. . So how will law schools look at my GPA? Will they just look at the overall gpa, which will be from my next school? If all of my gpa doesnt transfer from my current school will they look at both gpa's taking each school year as equal? And since one of my classes will definitely not transfer will they negate that credit and gpa, or still take it into account ?

It does not matter if your next school will or will not take the credit. You must submit grades and transcripts from all colleges which you have attended. If there is a grade and a credit on the transcript, the LSDAS will count it in your LSAC gpa.

Sybbie is absolutely correct. I would add that each law school to which you apply will also see actual copies of each of your transcripts, so they will know in which courses and at which schools you received your grades.
