Undergrad Transfer to Cornell

Hi all,

I’m looking to transfer to cornell (specifically the college of agriculture and life sciences) from a CUNY college. I’m planning to apply to cornell in my third semester, to gain entrance as a sophomore. I’m currently racking up plenty of community service hours, as well as volunteering in a hospital. My current classes this semester are: General chemistry, Anthropology (the evolution course), Calculus 141, and Sociology 101.

What i’m planning to take for spring 2018:

PSYCH 232, introduction to behavioural neuroscience
CALC 142, going to finish 143 in the fall 2018 semester
BIO 105, will finish bio 106 in the fall 2018 semester
CHEM 113-4, my final semester of chemistry

Over the summer I will be taking a writing intensive course to finish my english requirements, I already took college now english and that satisfies ENG-110 and ENG-130

The fall semester I have a general idea of

Calc 143
Psych 323, cognitive neuroscience
Bio 106
Organic chem semester one

So what i’d like to ask all of you is, what are my chances, assuming I have a 3.5+ GPA after all of these, I have several months of community service, and working in patient care?

P.S, here’s the requirements cornell states, also, will they take my college now credits? as i took a college now course in my senior year of high school, but I’m planning to take a writing intensive course over the summer anyway just in case.
