I was accepted to the UMBC and pen state for undergrad computer engineering. I live in MD so it’s going to be tough to afford Penn State. I was wondering if it’s better to go to UMBC for my undergrad and then transfer to a better school for my masters. Will there be a difference in job quality if i go to UMBC vs penn state
Sure, there might be a difference in job quality but if you’re going to break the bank for Penn State, the grad school idea is more sensible. What is the cost difference and how would you pay for the difference?
The cost difference over 4 years is about 80k
That’s a lot of money. I vote for UMBC plus grad degree.
