<p>Whenever I click the Undergraduate Admissions box to check on my status, this comes up...and I know I'm not logged into a secondary USConnect and I definitely did not get a session timeout.....and I tried what they suggested.
"Due to a secondary USConnect login or session timeout, access to this service cannot be validated at this time. Please close this service window and refresh your USConnect browser window. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you. Error code:CS1"</p>
<p>Does anyone know what to do or should I call USC?</p>

<p>I feel your pain. At first i thought i had gotten rejected and that they had canceled my webportal account. Now i’m irritated at the fact that they haven’t fixed the bug. I hope nothing important is lost!</p>
<p>My daughters login button is still not working. Just emailed USC.</p>
<p>Son’s was not working all day yesterday. First the login button didn’t work, then later it did but when he clicked the Undergraduate Admissions box he got the same “secondary USconnect login” message as Yumberry. Now it seems to work fine. So I think they are working on the problem …</p>
