Not sure if tuition is a main concern to you,
but you are a New Yorker and have decent scores.
Why not NYU Stern?

If you are interested in IB, I believe Richmond has high ratings in IB.
University of South Carolina has a program called International Business and Chinese Enterprise, which you can spend two years in SC and two years in
Chinese University of Hong Kong.
There’s a similar program called GLOBE at UNC at Chapel Hill with Copenhagen and CUHK.
But the GLOBE program and regular business program are 2-year programs
so you might not get in if you do bad at UNC.
