Undergraduate business school ranking problem

Hi all! It has come to my notice that there are significant differences between the undergraduate business program rankings published by Businessweek and US News. I understand that the differences in ranking can be attributed to the differences in methodology; and my question is that which of the above rankings worth referring to more, considering that the top 10 programs in the two rankings vary in no small measures?

Businessweek:
The Complete Ranking: Best Undergraduate Business Schools 2013 - Businessweek

US news:
Best Undergraduate Business Programs | Rankings | US News

Businessweek’s ranking is flawed and laughable.
Notre Dame over Wharton ?
BYU ahead of NYU ? lol

Look at US News ranking.

Seriously, there’s no way that Washington U is above Ross at UMich, this ranking is flawed.

Neither of the rankings is very good.

If you’re looking for rankings, I’d say Google around for some other site, there are probably dozens of other rankings lists out there.

From what I’ve seen most rankings lists are pretty much in sync with the typical university rankings minus the schools without business programs. In general though there are many phenomenal business colleges out there, so I wouldn’t rely on rankings too much.
