Undergraduate Business School rating?

My D was accepted to the undergraduate business school. I know that U of Miami has come up (as a whole) this year in the rankings (now #55 by US News and World Report) but I cannot find the ranking of the undergraduate business program. Does this mean that it is rated lower/worse than the top 50 programs? We are trying to decide where she will attend school next year and are looking at all the parameters that we can find to make a decision with (and this is just one of the things). Incidently, her other choices are UF (rated 26 for business) BU (rated 40), and FSU ( rated 47). So where does UM fall in the ratings???

As far as I know, there are no ratings for undergraduate business programs,. Most rankings that I have seen involve graduate school rankings.

US News and World Report does rankings. I found this:

Thanks A2- that is just what I was looking for. So I guess, despite the size, U of Florida is a better program and more highly regarded.

It really depends on where you want to work. US News is other professors rating departments they are familar with. They usually do it on a nation-wide level. But if you want to stay in the area of your school to go to work, then the rankings may be meaningless to you. Check this out:

<a href="http://www.careerjournal.com/reports/bschool/20050921-table-regional.html%5B/url%5D">http://www.careerjournal.com/reports/bschool/20050921-table-regional.html</a></p>

As you can see, U of Miami has a great regional reputation, better than Florida's. So if you want to work in Florida or the SE, Miami has the better school, as their degree is more highly looked upon.

Wow...I had no idea. This is very useful. I printed the article. Thank you. Now just have to convince D that it would be great to go to school 45 min. from home.
