Undergraduate Chemical Engineering at UCSD or UCSB?

<p>Undergraduate Chemical Engineering at UCSD or UCSB? Which is better and why? I do know that Graduate Chemical Engineering at UCSB is better though but I'm not sure about undergraduate? Thanks.</p>
