Undergraduate GPA is a hot mess

Do these show as grad level on your transcript and what kind of grades did you earn in them? Are those professors the ones advising you in your college search and writing your LORs?

I mean the course number shows. It doesn’t say graduate but they were 500 level. I messed up in one, did well in the others.
Yes, I’m going to ask two of those profs to write my LORS.

How difficult would it be for you to return to that university and finish your M.A. there given your track record in the grad courses that you took already? If I were you, I’d email the department on Monday.

Ok I’ll consider that. The reason why I don’t want to do an M.A. at my alma mater though, is because I feel like I’ve exhausted a lot of the resources there as an undergrad.
(which is a good thing of course)

Thanks so much for the advice, I will contact the department.
Thanks for your best wishes!!

@hamisa: I just took a look at my transcript for you (I went to OSU before)

for individual courses, it does not show if it’s for undergrad or grad or both/either, but during the terms I was doing my master’s, followed by each term it reads “graduate engineering program”

however it’s not a big issue, each course has description, it’s easy for the professor to figure out the course type.

Thanks for looking that up!
