Undergraduate Law Class

A guy from Cornell called me and after talking to him he mentioned that freshman are allowed to register for one class at the Cornell Law School. I guess there is only one class and that class changes every year. Last year it was about the death penalty and this year it is supposed to be about Intellectual Property Law (one career I am considering). However I was unable to find any information on this. Anyone here heard of it or know how to find the specific URL? What does this credit count for? Hard class? Tough to get into the class? Just curious. Thanks.

Bump. Maybe this is too specific for CC.

Take a look here:

Hmm. I was hoping for more of a science/law blend. Still looks interesting. Thanks Wharf Rat! My only question is if I would be allowed to take the class. What level is it geared to seeing as it is in the 400's?

jerew,

I'm sure you can find several offerings that address the nexus of science and law.

I suggest you puruse the AWESOME course catalogue:

<a href="http://cuinfo.cornell.edu/Academic/Courses/%5B/url%5D">http://cuinfo.cornell.edu/Academic/Courses/</a></p>

There is a search engine that will allow you to look for keywords in the course descriptions.

You're right though, 400 level courses are mostly geared toward upper classmen... but there are always exceptions...

Cornell's course catalogue is so massive that it unfortunately causes a series of regrets because 4 years is just not long enoguh to do all the exploring you'll want to do.

Good luck,
