Undergraduate life at Villanova or Drexel

I can't decide whether I should apply to Villanova or Drexel. I don't want to apply to both since I'd rather save the time and money for applying to colleges in my state (TX). If anyone has been or is an undergrad at either of these schools, I'd like to know what life's like at both schools (other students there, the professors, campus, the work load,...).

I grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs. My high school was a 1 minute drive from Villanova. And believe you me, that is no college town. The nickname is Vanillanova...

Villanova is NEAR Philadelphia, but Drexel is IN Philadelphia. Advantage: Drexel (with the notable exception of crime rate, that is)

Villanova probably has a nicer campus by virtue of being out in the leafy suburbs, but that comes at the price of, well, being in the leafy suburbs.

Additionally, Drexel is far more Drexellent.

Villanova...th campus is awesome..but the buildings are crap. They have chalkboards and the dorms are pretty bad.

It's a LONG walk from the freshman dorms to the main campus.

The kids at Nova are nice...and it's a great setting.

I'd choose Nova over Drexel.
