I'm considering applying to uPenn however I am not completely sure as to whether I want to apply to Wharton for Finance or the College for PreMed. So I was wondering if it is easy at uPenn to transfer from one school to another as long as I am able to keep my grades up?

Sure, as long as you can keep your grades up.

It’s very easy to transfer between schools except into Wharton. So if you’re really interested in Wharton, it’s in your best interest to apply to Wharton and get in, after which you can easily transfer to any other school. If you get into CAS and then want Wharton, you will need at least a 3.8 GPA.
