<p>I want to major in Neural Science, but I applied for the Computer Science major, because I didn't know NYU had Neural Science at the time (Yes, I know, should have looked through the majors more thorougly).</p>
<p>Will it be tough to switch into the Neural Science major?</p>
<p>As a freshman, I don’t think it’s difficult to change your major at all because you don’t even need to declare it for another two years. From what I hear, first year you take a lot of core classes and a few related to your major, and computer sci/neural sci are really similar. So I guess they wouldn’t give you a hard time changing majors…I would hope.</p>
