Undergraduate placement and salaries

Which are the colleges that have high placement rates and high average salaries for undergraduates? If anyone knows, please share that information. Thanks.
I got this data point from my visit to WPI (Massachusetts):
UG Placement rate = 91% (jobs and grad school)
Avg starting salary = $51,000 (wow!)

your question is waaaaaay too broad because it's dumb to compare salaries of the entire school. because then you are comparing kids who majored in art history to kids who majored in engineering. the kid who majored in engineering will (generally) be making a much better starting salary than the kid who majored in art history no matter where they went to college. a kid with an engineering degree from a 3rd tier university will likely have a much better starting salary than a kid with an art history degree from Penn... it's dumb to try and compare the average salary of an entire school.

WPI average salary is so high because they have a lot of kids who major in engineering and business... WPI has a very small percentage of humanities majors and humanities majors (history, english, classics) are what drag the average starting salary numbers down

Your point is a valid one, Shazilla.

my nephew graduated with a degree in aeronautical engineering from UColorado-Boulder
He started at $60,000
However a friend graduated from the same school in recreational education, and started at $26,000

You'd have to first sort out majors and them compare starting salaries across the same major for different schools.

It's been stated before, but imagine the difference between a history majors at UPenn CAS vs. an I-Banker at Wharton. Same school, huge difference. You'd want to compare the salaries of ONLY business majors at places like Wharton, CMU, NYU Stern, Cornell AEM, etc.

Every graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy who did not go Active Duty in one of the services had at least two solid job offers in their field. 3rd Mates on oil tankers were starting at $95K.

my sisters went to private unknown schools my oldest got an amazing 30k a y/r job(it was an interesting job)+ she had great benefits...

it shows how good Internships r(she worked in a magazine that was part of condenast and another magazine in condenaste earlier that yr gave her a internship and there was connections)
