<p>I am looking for undergraduate research opportunities for freshman/sophomore at UW-Madison. How popular is the URS program? How many freshman/sophomore students are involved in the program each year? </p>

<p>It's a pity the "Research Opportunities" site has not been updated since 2008.</p>
