I'm not sure if this has been addressed before, but I had trouble finding anything on the issue.

When employers are considering candidates, what looks more impressive -
A prestigious undergraduate school or prestigious graduate school.

I'm know there are more important factors than prestige, but this question has been crossing my mind lately.

Elementary school prestige is the most important.

Grad school, hands-down. Grad school is more recent and more related to the career field, most likely.

A great undergraduate school means you did well in high school as a teenager. A great graduate school means you did well in college as a adult. Obviously, grad school is by far more prestigious.
