<p>I'm guessing I won't be receiving that anytime soon? Do I do that after? After Nov 1st?</p>

<p>I read someting from UChicago, either on their application page or in a sent email, you get the ID within 24-28 hours of submitting the Common App, and then they expect you to submit the form by November 5th.</p>
