<p>Does anyone know how long after you submit your application before you hear back from CCM regarding your audition appointment at Unifieds? </p>
<p>Also, how long is the audition at Unifieds? The on-campus auditions seem to take several hours, but they involve more, including campus tours, etc. </p>
<p>It’s apparent that every school requires a different length of time and scheduling is going to be a huge jigsaw puzzle! Some schools are only 10 minutes and others are 4 hours!</p>
<p>We’ve left a whole day for CCM because we don’t have a clue how long it will take but it would be nice to know if it will be possible to fit in a 2nd audition on the same day.</p>
<p>Our D auditioned for two years ago at the Chicago Unifieds. She did three schools that day. CCM was early in the morning followed by another school around noon and another school in the late afternoon. I’d check with CCM and ask how long to allow for the audition. They were on time that day, although some of the other schools, particularly later in the day, were running late.</p>
<p>My D auditioned for them 2 years ago in LA and also did an additional two auditions that day. CCM did have a dance call so you also have to factor that in.</p>
<p>Thanks for the replies! Do you remember offhand how long it was after you applied before you heard when your specific audition time was? We currently have 2 full days on hold for CCM (1st & 2nd choice) and we’re going to need to be able to schedule some other auditions pretty soon!</p>
<p>On 10/9 of her Senior year (2 yrs ago), D received an email that confirmed the audition date (and time, I think) through a link to CCM’s web site. The subject line of the message said Preliminary Confirmation. It also said that approximately 7-10 days before the audition, she’d receive another e-mail to reconfirm the date and time. Then on 1/22, D received a re-confirmation email that included the time listed in October. If you apply now or shortly, you’ll likely get your first choice and can go ahead plan other auditions. She applied on 9/1, so it took just over a month from when she submitted her application.</p>
<p>Hi, I’m auditioning at the LA unifieds and I was wondering about how long was the dance audition. I just recieved my audition confirmation email and I’m scheduled for 2:00 dance and 3:35 vocal/monologue! I’ve heard different lengths but I was hoping anyone involved with unifieds in past years would know. I just didn’t know if I should brace my self for an ultimate quick change.lol</p>
