What is the Scholars Program?
You can find more information about the Union Scholars program here and here. They select a small group of people from the admitted pool of applicants to be a part of their Scholars program (in one of their emails they’ve stated that the number of people to be selected this year is 60).
I also got admitted with a Presidential Scholarship, but they say on their site that no financial aid is really associated with the Scholars Program and so it’s unrelated.
