<p>A recent thread got me thinking- what was the most interesting/unique course you took or hope to take in college? </p>
<p>I have two- I don't know if this is unique but in microbiology 101, we brewed beer in our dorm room as a project when we learned about fermentation. I took a Yiddish literature course that had some flat out wacky stories.</p>

<p>At Cornell Beer Tasting is the prerequisite for Wine Tasting which in turn is the prerequisite for Liquor Tasting. </p>
<p>New York law allows the consumption of alcohol at any age for educational purposes which allows Cornell to offer these courses to all students. This also makes them the most popular at the university and have been know to fill within seconds of the start of registration.</p>
