ok, i’ve read all the other lying questions, but i have one of my own…what if you lie on the part that asks what other colleges are you applying to?
say, for instance, my first choice school were la creme de la creme, so i applied there early, but didn’t list it on any of the other apps as a school that i’m applying to…apparently colleges see what other schools you’re applying to when they get the fafsa…
if other colleges found out, would that hurt my chances of admission?
<p>Hmm... usually when colleges ask what other colleges you are applying to, it's an optional section. They shouldn't be asking that in the first place.</p>
<p>but for schools with need-blind financial aid anything dealing with the fafsa forms would be in a totally different office, not having any bearing on the admissions process, so i don't think this matters. i agree with athlon, although on my davidson app it doesn't state that it's optional.</p>
