United States Naval Academy?

Hello,
I really want to go to USNA and was wondering if I would be able to get accepted or be able to get a congressional letter of recommendation.

Background information: I was born in S. Korea and moved here in 2004. (I became a naturalized citizen in 2011.) I had mild ADD and was bullied throughout elementary school and middle school just for the sake of being "Asian" or not being able to speak English well. During my Sophomore to my Junior year, I had issues with family bankruptcy, house foreclosure, and was evicted from my house.

Grades: IB Diploma Candidate.
Rank- 25/625, which is roughly top 4% of my class.
GPA: Weighted- 4.19, Unweighted- 3.81 (the valedictorian only got a 4.58 due to our GPA system)
I've been in honors classes and AP's for all three years..
9th: Honors Lit, Honors Biology, Honors World History, Honors Algebra II/Trig, Spanish 1
10th: Honors Lit, Honors Chemistry, AP US History, Honors Pre-Calculus, Spanish 2
11th: Honors Lit (school doesn't let us take AP Lit until Senior year), AP European History, IB/AP Economics, AP Calculus AB, Honors Spanish 3, AP Statistics, AP Psychology
Senior year I'll be taking all IB, but I don't think it matters much...
IB HL History, IB HL Math, IB HL literature, IB HL Biology, IB SL Spanish, AP Computer Science.
(My school doesn't offer AP Chemistry, so I ended up taking Honors Chemistry instead.)

SAT: First Time-1960, CR-640, M-660, WR-660.
Second Time- 2220, CR-680, M-760, WR-780.
PSAT- 195
SAT II: US History-720, Korean-800. Planning to take Math Level II, Biology, and Literature.

I'm a first generation college student and my family is a low income family, averaging around $37,000 per year with 4 dependents.

Extra curriculars
Sports- 4 Years of Varsity Golf, a year of position as Captain. (Awarded Academic Athlete award in league)
CIF Qualifier

2 years of Civil Air Patrol

For job experiences, I worked at a cleaning company during summer of 9-10th grade.

I know I'm not the most scholarly person or the most athletic person, but I really want to go to this school to become a doctor to help people with psychological/mental illnesses. I feel like USNA will be the best place to educate me for the future.
Of course, wanting to become a doctor sounds stereotypical, but I want to help others that were in similar situations or had problems similar to mine. :)

Thanks everyone! :)
