Units question

Transfer Students

<p>I am currently a freshman at a UC school and my first quarter here I am taking 3 classes or 12 quarter units. Next quarter should I take 3 classes or 4 classes which would be 16 units? I am looking to transfer to a private like BC, NYU, or USC</p>

<p>I would like to transfer as a sophomore, so apply this year for next fall</p>

<p>3 classes is fine for the first quarter, but afterwards you should probably be taking 4 classes (I’m applying to transfer out of a UC). Of course, it’s best to check the websites of the schools you’re applying to and find out what they look for.</p>
