<p>I went there 21 years ago, now my daughter is applying. What do you think of the school these days. Campus is beautiful. I was really impressed. She thinks she wants to major in Engineering or Physics. Any thoughts? Is it still worth the money? 3.4 gpa excellent extra cirric. think she will get in? Currently retaking sats which are so so.</p>
<p>She should get in. Keep in mind they use the unweighted, not the weighted GPA in admissions decisions and that's what is also reported as their median GPA. I think UOP has only become a stronger school in the past few years, and should only continue to improve.</p>
<p>a good friend's D just started this fall in thier music program and absolutely loves it. GPA was higher than your D's -- but weak strength of schedule -- all music and dance, and little math. Our friend's D also received merit money from CoP (as my dad used to call it). Good luck.</p>
