<p>I am to start at UoT-Scarbrough this fall, however, since applying I have decided on changing my intended major from Biology to English. I was wondering if this was possible, and what the steps are to doing so, as the website in very oblique. </p>

<p>Just go to your registrar’s office and inform them of your decision to change majors. They will change it on their database system.</p>
