I study in a Canadian school (Ontario curriculum) in Hong Kong and I'm going to start Grade 12 in September. What are my chances for getting into a computer science (NOT engineering)?

My marks are below:

Grade 11:

Accounting – 83
History – 85
Functions – 82
Physics - 65
Chemistry – 63 (Bad teaching style, never understood the teacher)
English – 80

Grade 12:

Accounting – 90 (Got the award for this)
Physics – 60
Chemistry - 72
Earth and Space – 63

Next year/this year, I’m going to be taking English 12, Advanced Functions 12, Calculus and Vectors 12, International Business 12, Economics 11, Economics 12, Computer Science 10, and Data Management 12.

I’m not worried about my math courses because I know I can get an 80 or above, and the same goes for some of the business courses. Will I be able to get into a good university with these marks?
Also am I going to have to do the IELTS/TOEFL even though I study in an English-medium school?
Thanks.
