Universities that Offer Non-Resident Tuition Waivers

Hey Guys,

Did you know that in public university International Students pay alot more that resident of the states. Example: at UC Berkeley, Int students( non resident) have to pay for about $13,000 per semerter and residents only pay about $3,900. click--> http://registrar.berkeley.edu/Registration/feesched.html

But, I heard some universities offer Non-Resident Tuition Waivers for exceptional student (based on Merit); it allows us to pay at resident rate which reduces the cost a lot!!

I am currently studying at community college in California, and I am looking for a univ that offer it.

Does anyone knows any universities that offer it?

Thank you very much.

anyone?...

I am not so sure...
I am in California right now, and am applying to several UC's.
I guess there's possibility to get non-resident fee waived.
Just contact each admission office to ask about it.

Hmm..Actually I already contacted them by email, and pparently most California public univs dont offer that. (I am living in California too by the way)
I am planning to go to Berkeley or Davis.

Bump!!!!!!!

any1 else?

I really need helps...

................

university of Idaho

thanks boomer01.

Actually I already contacted UI. yea it's true that they offer it, but it's highly competitive.

Do u know any other univs?

Look for private schools. State schools are comparatively more stingy with their money when it comes to internationals (after all, you are not the one paying the tax there).

FIU florida international University offers that.
